About version of GFDL vortex tracker

We have installed and compiled gfdl vortex tracker version 3.9a but due to lack of maintenance we can no longer work with that. Because Dtcenter do not provide support for that. If anyone can provide test_data.tar.gz file that usually Dtcenter provides. If it is not possible new version of gfdl vortex 2025.01.01 contains a lot of problems in library versions as well as there is no proper guidelines about how to run this tracker. Can anyone help me because I am totally upset with the process I am facing. What can I do now can anybody tell me that??

Hello Sir,

Actually, we haven't get the tar file. But we tried to run the GFDL vortex tracker from WRF output. But we faced several problems. Final problem is WRF output is in curvilinear (2D) grid system, but GFDL vortex can read regular lat/lon (1D) grid. When we are converting curvilinear to regular our vertical layer just vanishes. So, we don't know what to do. If we can solve this issue we will be able to get ATCF format of data (output data). If you have any suggestions please share with us. Now we are trying to shift to new version of GFDL vortex tracker.
