Project Update: Require >= Boost 1.86.0

The required boost version was changed in #909 to >= Boost 1.86.0 from >= Boost 1.79.0.

Update Guide

If you are building ngen from source, you may need to update the boost version you are using. In theory this should be as simple as downloading boost 1.86.0 or greater and using that version to compile ngen. Below is an example of the changes you need to make if you are following the build instructions from the ngen wiki.

Download the minimum supported boost version:

- curl -L -o boost_1_79_0.tar.bz2 https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.79.0/boost_1_79_0.tar.bz2/download
+ curl -L -o boost_1_86_0.tar.bz2 https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.86.0/boost_1_86_0.tar.bz2/download
- tar xjf boost_1_79_0.tar.bz2
+ tar xjf boost_1_86_0.tar.bz2

Point CMake to the new minimum supported boost version:
