APS definition tweaks

I hope I didn't an old version of the driver and lost some of what you did but I don't think so? Regardless a couple of tweaks to the definition file which will require an incremented version:

• change dimension names
  • aerodynamic diameter -> diameter
  • side scatter channel -> ss_channel or channel
• add variables for diameter and channel - I know it will have redundant data but is necessary for plotting, etc
• change code in driver to use json definition file (it should already be there in init but commented out.

Also, there is an error I forgot to change in devices.py. In build_data_record(), there is a section with the code (starting line 1174)

that should look like:
