Create convenience method to set SpaceInfiltrationDesignFlowRate values from Space #5395

Enhancement Request
We have Space::setElectricEquipmentPower for eg, but no setInfiltrationDesignFlowRate. I ran into such a need today.
Detailed Description
Provide some methods similar to the other SpaceLoads that would clone the space type if needed, and keep only one SPI on the Space.
