Mac ARM64 release for OpenStudio SDK, x86_64 binary

Hi,

Thanks for the work on openstudio!

The OpenStudio-3.10.0+86d7e215a1-Darwin-arm64.dmg asks for rosetta when installing on a m4 Mac, and the lipo command gives the output:
Non-fat file: /Volumes/OpenStudio-3.10.0+86d7e215a1-Darwin-arm64/OpenStudio-3.10.0+86d7e215a1-Darwin-arm64.app/Contents/MacOS/OpenStudio-3.10.0+86d7e215a1-Darwin-arm64 is architecture: x86_64

Is this expected?

Thank you for reaching out. I'm going to recreate that Mac Arm installer and see if that fixes it. It appears that there were some issues with that particular build that weren't caught previously and I have a more robust method for creating the Mac Arm installer now. I'll update you here when the new version is available.

@mgabor01 try the installer in the 3.10.0 release github page now. Here is the direct link for it: https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/releases/download/v3.10.0/OpenStudio-3.10.0+f19f1a3e0a-Darwin-arm64.dmg

If you test it and confirm that it works, then I'll close this issue.

My Mac still asks for rosetta and getting the following output:

(I don't know, is it possible that the issue is on my side?)
