Hi - I think there may be a bug in rosco.toolbox.turbine. I believe performance_fine should be transposed in line 643 before it is used.

I'll try to implement a fix in this PR (#439) or perhaps remove that refinement step altogether for the upcoming release.

For now, we have elected to remove the refinement, though it's an option in the code. Right now, the rosco toolbox will simply determine the maximum Cp, fine pitch, and optimal TSR only from the table it has been provided.

Its a valid discussion: whether we should determine an optimal condition from an interpolated table.

The best solution would be to iteratively call cc-blade, or OpenFAST, to find these optimal set points.
