Identify improvements to for ResStock/ComStock -> Alfalfa workflows

For discussion:

1. Integrate Res/ComStock query and model testing with Alfalfa core? separate tool run from alfalfa client? - COORDINATE WITH buildstock

• current: preprocessing: query buildstock - download metadata file, filter by location, ... downselect models for use case (building type, characteristics, load profile on feeder, etc).

3. Commonly requested measures
4. Testing collections of buildings - migration of SD3 work to public repo and consider integration points w/Alfalfa CI

• parameters/requirements: folder of models, folder of measures (applied to all models), weather. apply input values to specific measures?

5. do we want to offer any coordinated time management for collections of buildings?
