Adding the ability to include transformers even if they have less than 3 customers

Hi @erikpohl53, I think this would be a good feature to have in the SHIFT tool. I think the reason we need at least two customers per transformer is because we need at least two coordinates to create a bounding box.

In a scenario where transformer has only one conductor I guess we can directly connect them.
