Description
Describe the bug
-When using the Inverter Datasheet page to get inputs for the Sandia Inverter model, using the weighted efficiency disables the Power consumption during operation input and sets it to 0, stating that the weighted efficiency formula accounts for inverter AC power input. This sets Pso in the inverter model to 0, which leads to a flat efficiency curve when evaluating inverter efficiency vs DC input power (see images below).
Both the weighted efficiency and manufacturer efficiency options are only used to scale the Pdco of the inverter based on the Paco inverter AC power rating, but the manufacturer efficiency allows for Power consumption input and suggests a value equal to 0.8% * Paco. The current behavior currently always Pso=0 when weighted efficiency option is chosen.
The Pso should still be a user input option to better shape the inverter efficiency relative to DC power, particularly at low DC power relative to inverter capacity.
Expected behavior
The documentation doesn't give clear evidence of ignoring inverter power consumption when using weighed efficiency, so the GUI behavior should be changed to always allow for Power consumption during operation input regardless of efficiency choice.
