Battery can can charge from grid limited system power doesn't uncheck correctly for manual dispatch

Describe the bug
The "battery can charge from grid limited system power" option is tied to the automated "battery can charge from system" power option, since the controller gets too greedy with "battery can charge from system" and it doesn't make sense to check both. See NREL/SAM#1883 for a discussion on this topic.

However, the UI keys off of automated dispatch for the manual dispatch page. This means that to use the grid limited power with manual dispatch, a user has to go to automated dispatch and uncheck the "charge with system" box. This is not intuitive and should be fixed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a PV-battery or hybrids case
2. Establish a grid limit (either curtailment or interconnection)
3. Go to the battery dispatch page
4. There is no way to have manual dispatch charge from grid-limited power in this case

Expected behavior
One should not have to go to automated dispatch to get this to work
