Dview application looks like it is open, but isn't loading #122
Description
I have an eplusout.sql file from OpenStudio 1.2.0 that I'm trying to open in Dview 1.2.0 (by launching Dview and then opening the eplusout file). This was working just fine for me last week, but I tried it again yesterday, and it no longer works. The program icon shows up in my taskbar, but there's just a white screen in the preview, and no GUI window actually appears anywhere when I click on it. I tried deleting the folder that had Dview and re-downloading it/extracting the files from GitHub today, with no luck. I've also tried restarting my computer.
