Description
- create a systemd service for the dask-slurm-cluster - resolved via https://github.com/mrakitin/atsas-pipelines/pull/10
- add an option for the output directory, which should be created if does not exist - done via Add a current working directory for executables #12
- check the input file permissions before running, and report it correctly if the permissions are wrong - resolved via Check if the input file exists #11 (to be tested)
- better server logging options - done via Better server-side logging #14.
- make https://github.com/mrakitin/atsas-pipelines/blob/380ba90f772210f5d9cdedd236d9d6d598d91911/atsas_pipelines/run.py#L33 more generic
- create the shared conda environment (contacted @dhidas about it) - permissions granted via https://controlsweb.nsls2.bnl.gov/trac/ticket/4263.
