ENH: add subscription tokens into global namespace #14
Description
It would be nice to put some of the subscription tokens into global memory that way we could unsubscribe things as well.
Specific use case:
I want to run the beamline for debuging live data analysis without putting a bunch of garbage data into the databroker.
