Bug: PathNotFoundException on Courses tab after changing avatar

Summary

After performing "Change Avatar", navigating back to the "Courses" tab causes a PathNotFoundException.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to the "Me" tab and perform "Change Avatar".
2. Return to the device home screen.
3. Reopen the app and switch to the "Courses" tab.

Actual Result

PathNotFoundException: Cannot retrieve length of file, path = '/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/24358F86-C57A-4E97-ACE5-8A24FF493F5A/Library/Caches/avatars/111362528_temp1772713019410.jpg' (OS Error: No such file or directory, errno = 2)

Expected Result

No exception should occur, and the avatar on the "Courses" tab should display normally.

Always.

This is a bug in the 0305-demo branch, which was only for demo day and includes unstable features. We can't reproduce this on main.
