When new STIG's are imported some STIG's do not have the details and comments transfer.

From what I can tell. If a stig has the check updated the details and comment will not transfer and is set to NR. Is this by design or a known / new issue? Now if a STIG just has the ruleid updated the details and comments do come over and keeps the original result and it not moved back to NR. Added a word doc with screen shots of our new RHEL 9 stig.

Hi @wlooney This is by design. Checks describe how a Rule should be evaluated, so when the check content of a Rule changes, the previous Review is not applied to the new Rule.
