Chart colors (#705)

* Convert to W3C DTCG format, read more at https://docs.tokens.studio/convert-to-dtcg-format

* changed to lowercase + other changes: 
2xsmall -> 2x-small etc
header -> heading
ingress -> lead
color.neutrals etc (in theme)
color-shades.brand etc (in brand)

Nye farger (bruker navnet på de som lå der før):
primary
secondary

Noen har fått endret navnet:
primary -> primary-on-bg
secondary -> secondary-on-bg

* config: attach variables to tokens

* color.neutrals.foreground.subtle peker nå til neutralgrey.600, og ikke grey.600. Dette for å unngå at subtle-elementer blir for fremhevet i "varsom" brand.

* Justering av dark theme color.neutrals.foreground.subtle (peker til neutralgrey)

* Kun justeringer av fargeverdier

* Kun kosmetiske fargejusteringer

* Fargejustering av functional.blue for Varsom
