[BUG]: Problem installing on RTX Pro 6000

Which installation method(s) does this occur on?

Describe the bug.

I tried installing using the setup_environment.ps1 file, and it seems to overwrite any Miniconda existing miniconda environments with the same name.

It also tells me requirements.torch isn't found when it comes in with the repository.

this is not related to RTX PRO 6000, but the setup_trellis.bat is failing for me as well.

It assumed trellis was a registered Git submodule, but this checkout only has .gitmodules and no actual trellis gitlink in HEAD.

I got it working now with this modified setup_trellis.bat: setup_trellis.bat.txt

1. Adding the repo as a Git safe.directory.
2. Read the TRELLIS URL from .gitmodules.
3. Clone TRELLIS directly if no pinned submodule commit exists.
4. Apply the local patch files afterward.
