How do I make jetbot boot from flashed 64 GB SDcard image instead of built-in 16 GB emmc storage?

Though we downloaded Jetbot ROS and flashed onto 64 GB SD Card and inserted the same on the SDcard slot of jetbot Professional edition,, it is always booting from emmc storage. But I want it to boot from 64GB SDcard. How do I make jetbot to from flashed SDcard image?
