Could not find a configuration file for package "OpenCV"

Hi, I am trying to run the Building Inference code on Jetson Xavier NX Jetpack=4.5.1 and i am getting this error.
As StereoDNN requires OPENCV 3.3 and the version i am having is 4.5.1
Is there any way to run it on our system ....
