Support for multilingual and larger models

Are there any plans to extend support to:

1. Multilingual models
2. large-v3 model?

What main changes do you think needs to be done if I were to go about adding the support?

Have you found a solution yet? Otherwise, I've done some kind of dirty hack to get the multi-language models to work. I can share if you need it.

@hommesans i tried with a change in whisper_trt/model.py but the result shows only english characters. can you share the hack with me?

large v3 works with this even english works?
