  1. Why Hierarchical Parameter Server (HPS) is deprecated?
  2. While ETC is replaced with HierarchicalKV during training, which specific feature is adopted to replace HPS in inference scenarios?
  3. Is the GPU Embedding Cache(which baed on HPS) still functional in current version?
