Duplicate all commands in the docs in both cli and python interface

Should hopefully be easy to do with some ai agent, but would be nice to have a switch for every command so that users can copy easily for whichever interface they prefer. Of course longer scripts can stay python-only, but isolated commands should be duplicated (with proper mkdocs syntax, so that they don't take double space but are switchable)
