What new feature or improvement would you like to see?

osmo workflow rsync to support regex and/or file filters

Why is this needed?

Easier to rsync a higher level directory while being specific on what to rsync

It would be great if rsync would offer a capability to ignore some folders file, like an --exclude argument or a .rsync_ignore file.
