Server driven sorting and filtering across multiple columns for Workflows List API

What new feature or improvement would you like to see?

Allow sorting across more columns (instead of just submitted_time)
Allow filtering across more columns

Why is this needed?

Better UX in the UI without the need to fetch all results then perform client side sorting/filtering
