CLI equivilant for GET api/configs/pool?verbose=true

What new feature or improvement would you like to see?

There is no CLI equivilant for GET api/configs/pool?verbose=true.

The current osmo config show POOL cli doesn;t show parsed pod templates or parsed group templates

Why is this needed?

Needed to have feature parity between the CLI and REST API
