Let's use the examples/auto_deploy/model_registry/configs/ as the default folder for model yaml files and deprecate the yaml files in examples/auto_deploy/.

e.g. move examples/auto_deploy/nano_v3.yaml to examples/auto_deploy/model_registry/configs/
