Can timing cache be reused across identical layers inside model to speed up model building?

I'm working with a model that has multiple identical layers. Currently, the build time reaches 800 seconds. Would it be possible to reuse the timing cache across these repeated layers to significantly improve build performance?

TRT is already applying timing results to repeated layers.
The TRT build time depends on a few factors, including the details of the model itself, and builder configs such as dynamic shape profile, max_workspace_size, etc.
