Flashing UEFI on NVIDIA platforms

To flash UEFI on NVIDIA platforms, Jetson Linux 35.1 is required.

Follow instructions in the Developer Guide to download and set up.

Prior to flashing, the UEFI images (e.g. uefi_jetson.bin) provided with Jetson Linux can be replaced with custom built images.
