Hello,

I just found this and got me very excited. I would like to apply to a specific problem which is very similar to Molecular Dynamics. Can be this be used or does the framework work only for partial differential equations?

While most of PhysicsNeMo's examples focus on applications to PDE-governed physical systems (e.g., weather, aerodynamics, structural dynamics), various models from the framework have also successfully been applied to molecular dynamics cases. You might be interested in the following resources:

• MeshGraphNets with Lagrangian Meshes, which builds on some of the model architecture ideas from the previous example.
