Using a caching local registry like Harbor.io?

Hi,

I have tried to find this information on , but probably overlooked it somewhere. I know it is possible to use private registries with pyxis/enroot.

Is it possible to use Harbor as the default repository for pyxis, in a similar way it is possible for podman, that is, forcing pulling common , known OCI URIs like dockerHub, quay.io, nvcr.io from a local Harbor instance first?

You should be able to implement something like this with pyxis 0.21.0 and the importer feature:

You should be able to have a custom importer that rewrites the URI and attempts a different registry first.
