Attention warp.sim users: Newton Beta & Roadmap

As a reminder to warp.sim users: warp.sim was fully removed in Warp 1.10, following deprecation that began in Warp 1.8. Newton, built on Warp, is the supported path forward and has now reached Beta 2, with major progress across solvers, collision, sensing, control, and MuJoCo Warp integration, alongside a clear roadmap to a stable 1.0 focused on end-to-end dexterous manipulation workflows.
