Audit unit tests

• Check test durations to ensure there are no tests that take up a disproportionate amount of time
• Break up massive test files into smaller modules (better for organization and parallelization)
• Reorganize the warp/tests directory so that tests aren't all put into one directory
• Add coverage for examples that aren't tested
