[Suggestion]: Map Zoom onClick of CBBR point #296
Description
Maybe the map shouldn't zoom, or should zoom much less, when a user clicks a CBBR that is just a point. The max zoom isn't useful for anybody, and having the zoom change significantly makes it difficult to navigate by clicking around on different CBBRs.
