[Bug]: Extra period for agency response filters

What happened? What did you expect to happen?

Repro steps:

1. Toggle on CBBR filter
2. Select "This request has already been completed." or "The agency does not understand the request as written and requires more clarification."
3. Click on a CBBR on map for more info

Expected: Response from agency should say "The agency does not understand the request as written and requires more clarification."

Actual: An extra period is added to the sentence "The agency does not understand the request as written and requires more clarification.."

Get rid of the periods from the options menu to keep it more consistent.
