[Bug] Spelling error in communityBoardBudgetRequestEntitySchema

[horatiorosa]

Description

The spelling error in line 195, agencyCategoryReponse should be written as agencyCategoryResponse (missing the s). This caused an issue downstream in CPP.

Once the schema is corrected, there are 4 other files where the spelling should be updated:
