Multiple Non-Functioning Links on the Capital Planning Platform website

I found what I was looking for, but encountered some issues I wanted to make sure the team was aware of - thanks to y'all for the awesome work you do with the NYC Planning/Planning Labs Team!

When visiting the Capital Planning Platform map page a number of links seem to be nonfunctional. In particular, the links for the Blog and Docs at the top of the page result in something that looks like the image below:

While the "About" link works, it also has the same dead link to the docs page.

Further, when I go to the "About" tab on the side-panel (see image below) the links exhibit the same issues.
