As a ZoLa map viewer, I want pink station envelopes to display behind regional rail station markers so that station areas are visually highlighted while keeping the markers clear and easy to identify.
Background
Regional rail station areas are not currently emphasized on the map, which makes it harder for users to understand the station context. Stakeholders requested adding pink shaded envelopes behind LIRR, Metro-North, and NJ Transit stations to improve visibility and provide consistent styling across transit layers.
Acceptance Criteria
- Pink shaded envelopes display behind all regional rail station markers (LIRR, Metro-North, NJ Transit).
- Envelopes do not obscure or overlap station markers or labels.
- Visual style follows approved design specifications.
- Envelopes display consistently across supported map views.
