Describe the bug
The "intersecting layers" link to fresh zones leads to an invalid route on the DCP homepage

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on tax lot layer
2. Turn on fresh zones layer
3. Zoom in to a tax lot in the fresh zones layer
4. Click the tax lot and wait for the "intersecting layers" to load
5. Click the link for "fresh zones"

Expected behavior
Link should lead to website with details on fresh.
