[Bug] “对话区域宽度”功能失效

🐛 问题描述 | Bug Description

26.3.11 当 1.3.2版本 voyager插件更新后，使用插件，打开设置调整对话区域宽度无反应，宽度一直为Gemini对话框的默认宽度。

🚦 期望结果 | Expected Behavior

对话区域宽度功能可以正常使用。

📷 复现步骤 | Recurrence Steps

1. 打开voyager插件设置
2. 调整对话区域宽度为任意值
3. 观察对话区域宽度变化
4. 可以观察到“无变化”
5. 刷新后仍然无变化

关闭在打开就好了，我之前也遇到过

不行的，我关闭打开和刷新都试过。edge上1.3.2版本就会触发，现在装的1.3.4没有这个问题。
