It would be nice to allow homes w/ solar. Currently the tool will error out if the HPXML indicates the home has a PV system.
A couple options:
- Allow the user to estimate the solar production (aligned with the billing periods), and/or
- Automatically estimate the solar production based on the solar for the given billing periods
One obvious workaround is for the user to create the HPXML file without the PV system and adjust the electricity consumption data to add the estimated production from the PV.
