Make BatteryHybrid class work with BatteryTools

-BatteryTools.py current does type checks for Battery and Pvsamv1 to use helper functions. Expand this to include BatteryHybrid class.

Note that we're planning to move the battery sizing equations to ssc equations for the release as well, so make sure that we don't duplicate effort as we modify these helper functions.
