Description of the problem
The News section of the front page contains news/publications. The publications are visually grouped by formatting the publisher's name to resemble a heading, and by placing a separation line between the publications. It is clear to sighted users which texts and publication dates belong together. However, the grouping is not clear programmatically, without visual formatting, as no heading tags or other programmatic grouping have been used in the content. Because of this, screen reader users do not receive the same information about the different sections and which publication the date and time belong to.
Fix: Add a heading level 3 tag to the publisher's name + the time of broadcast (Best user experience would be, if SR reads the sender name + send time together) so that the screen reader can also perceive that this is where new content begins.
Severity: moderate
Priority: medium
