Description of the problem
The main languages of the service are marked correctly programmatically. However, there are often situations in the service where the content does not correspond to the main language, e.g.
first page news section,
when the language of the glossary is selected to be something other than the main language, or
when the glossary page also provides explanations for terms in other languages.
In addition, the programmatic language of the language options is not indicated.
FIX: a programmatic language should also be added to sections whose language differs from the main programmatic language, so that the screen reader can change the pronunciation.
Severity: moderate
Priority: medium
