At which URL did you encounter the problem?

Most vocabularies on http://finto.fi display this behaviour except the following:
http://finto.fi/iptc/fi/
http://finto.fi/okm-tieteenala/fi/ and
http://finto.fi/ponduskategorier/fi/?clang=sv

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect to see all characters to appear when scrolling, now only the concepts for the very first character are shown (which is the desired functionality if I have explicitly selected one). We need to investigate why only those three vobabularies provided above display the proposed enhancement correctly instead of all vocabularies.

I Just noticed I had missed the configuration property skosmos:fullAlphabeticalIndex that was set to those three vocabularies. However, it seems like having it set will cause Skosmos to readily search for all concepts in the vocabulary instead of the desired functionality that is currently present in normal alphabetical listing (i.e., to fetch more results only when the user has scolled to the bottom). Otherwise this functionality may yield performance issues.
