Setting to hide "Upload File to All Profiles"

PEBKAC. Sometimes I accidentally hit "Upload File to All Profiles" when I instead meant to only upload to the currently active profile.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a setting I could enable that would hide the "Upload File to All Profiles" option while letting me hold a specific key to show the context menu option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered getting good but I have repeatedly pressed the button in the past. It is a character flaw that I do not think I can overcome easily.
