tracker frame range -> enhancement

the tracker is setup to use full project frame range, will be nice have the possibility of deciding the custom frame range for tracker activity, e.g. with frame range slot in tracker node or timeline I/O frame range.
Now for stop "in time" the only way is use cancel or esc.
