Create a docker-compose file

It would be great to add a docker-compose to launch directly Woketo instead of install all packages manually on our own computer.

Could be ok to have a docker-compose file that build a PHP7 docker with autobahn included. Maybe a simple docker could be ok. I'm 👍 with this idea.
