New release (0.50)

We plan to do a breaking release, since we want #2414 downstream. Are there any other PRs that should go in? I looked at some of the "breaking" PRs, but a lot of them are marked as "draft" for quite some while, but nothing is happening there, so no clue whether they are abandoned or forgotten.

• Extend // to create total_ring_of_fractions if necessary #2410
• Parametrize FunctionField as FunctionField{T, U} #2414
• Rename FunctionField to AbsSimpleFunctionField #2416

The MatrixElem splitting parts that are left probably need some more discussions (if I remember correctly), so I would not wait for these.
