Maybe it's time to considering updating .net (I explain why I can't/won't do it myself) #23

As this is a C# focused engine, it should be updated to at least .NET6.

Because I've looked into it myself, it is a lot of work, I can see that. A lot of external stuff needs to be re-compiled again.
Maybe it's better to directly upgrade to .net8, because I guess the trouble is not much bigger than updating to .net6.

I know that the Jolt Physics C# branch supports only .net8 and .net9. So probably the old Jolt physics won't work
on .net6 and the newer ones need at least .net8.

(I have given up myself because I don't know the structure of the engine very well
and even in the NeoAxis Source everything engine-related seems to be already compiled and there's a lot of breaking stuff
where I don't know where it might break in the Engine. The engine code is too huge. I have no idea where to start. )

Any thoughts on that?

Best,
tL.
