i have TRUENAS 25.10.5 - Goldeye with XEON and 32g memory.

Hi and thanks for the feedback. Unluky I don't have Truenas and I can't provide actively support on this.

Without log, and just guessing, I can just guess that plugin need to download file & install dependencies and truenas is not allowing this. You had to check yourself the log and understand if you have some permission configuration to do on it.

Just asking CLAUDE (but as I said I don't have Truenas to go deeper or verify) it confirm my permission hypothesis:

It is a filesystem permission issue on your setup. The error in your screenshot is the key:

[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/app/plugin/installed/.install.lock'
Before installing a plugin, AudioMuse-AI creates a lock file inside /app/plugin/installed. The AudioMuse-AI image is built to run as root (this is what our official Docker Compose and Kubernetes manifests do), but TrueNAS Apps run containers as the non-root apps user (UID/GID 568) by default. That user cannot write into /app/plugin/installed, so the install stops right there and the plugin stays pending.

Any one of these three fixes will solve it:

Easiest: in the TrueNAS app configuration, set the container to run as user 0:0 (root), which matches our supported deployments.
Keep UID 568 and chown -R 568:568 on the dataset you bind-mounted at /app/plugin/installed.
Keep UID 568 and set the environment variable PLUGINS_DIR to a folder that is writable by 568.
Important: if you run the Flask container and the worker container separately, apply the fix to both, because each keeps its own plugin cache.
